MEMORY MATTERS:

Strategies for Managing Everyday Memory Problems

Memory problems are very common after brain injury. Trouble with learning and remembering information often leads to frustration as people struggle to perform everyday tasks. Memory Matters describes familiar problem situations and identifies steps the reader can take to manage the problem. Detailed strategies are described for problems such as:
  • Losing your keys

  • Remembering to take medication

  • Losing track of checks or money

  • Forgetting to pay bills

  • Losing track of time

  • Forgetting what you’re looking for
An interactive approach helps guide the reader to put strategies into action. To view the table of contents for Memory Matters, Strategies for Managing Everyday Memory Problems, click here.
